Project Objective

The client approached AM team to redesign their legacy application and developed that into an Android Tablet App that allows them control the Drones equipped with sensors and collect the environmental data from the desired facility and location and send to their cloud servers. The key requirement was to be able to plan the Drone mission, collect air quality data and perform analysis in real time for actionable insight.

Solution

App Maisters Team sat with SeekOps and went through a detailed discovery phase, understood their existing code and technical challanages and gathered all the requirements required for the project. AM Team then delivered a complete end to end Android tablet app that enables them to plan the entire aerial mission by providing them detail location pointers for the drone path from point A to B to C and D. Location Tracking was done through Mapbox SDK and the Drone was able to capture environmental data, identify emission leaks and reporting exact locations of the leads.. The entire data was encrypted through out the process and was sent securely to their AWS cloud servers.

Results

1.SeekOps was extremely happy with the solution. What we achieved in few months they were not able to achieve in a year.

2.They were able to use the app with their clients and were able to deploy drones through complete aerial solution or on the ground while correctly detecting 100% of leaks, 100% of the time without false positives.

3.At the first sign of an emissions detection, the app identify exact locations of the leaks was rapidly localized and provided comprehensive emissions data to triage repair activities.

4.The application was also able to help analytics engineer provide accurate measurement of emissions rates to prioritize operational repair planning.
