  • The government estimate doesn’t exceed $7 million for manufacturing requirements or $4 million for all other requirements.
  • Contracts worth less than $150,000 are automatically set aside for small businesses. Contracting Officers can choose to set it aside specifically for businesses in socio-economic programs like the 8(a) program.

Texas Hub Certified

Texas Government Code §2161.061 authorizes the Comptroller of Public Accounts Statewide HUB Program to certify qualified small businesses and enter into Memorandums of Agreements (MOAs) with other small business certifying entities to maximize the HUBs certified. The Statewide HUB Program is committed to sharing advantageous educational and networking opportunities with HUB-certified and prospective HUB vendors all around the state of Texas. 

NASA SWEP

The NASA SEWP V (Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement) is a government-wide acquisition contract vehicle, which provides the latest in Information Technology (IT) products for all federal agencies. The Office of Management and Budget designated the NASA as the executive agent to administer the contract on behalf of all federal agencies under the authority of the Information Technology Management Reform Act (ITMRA) of 1996, now the Clinger Cohen Act.
