Project Objective

EPI-MINN Prime App objective was to develop an easy to use IOS & Android Mobile friendly app to treat individuals with schizophrenia.  The ultimate goal of SPT App was to inspire young people with schizophrenia and improve the quality of life for them and their families.

MAIN FEATURES OF THE APP

The app was mainly designed to be used for research based studies to treat patients with depressive and Schizophrenia. App Maisters team worked with the Client Researchers and IT teams and delivered an end to end HIPAA Compliant solution for the patients.   The App basically enrolls participants who have been recently diagnosed with a psychosis spectrum disorder, prodromal psychosis, or who are deemed at Clinical High Risk for developing psychosis. Participants was able to interact with their peers and a coach in the App Community over a period of several weeks. Participants was able to works towards self-identified goals with the support of the virtual community as well as with motivation coaches. Coaches was able to use the App and provide tailored interventions to enhance motivation, and post daily discussion topics to the PRIME community to encourage interaction between members.
